The Mehrine Chardonnay harvest has begun in the rolling plateaus near the historic port of Byblos. We started with the Chardonnay for Musar Jeune White. This season was cooler, so picking began two weeks later than usual. However, the delay helped the fruit ripen slowly. As a result, the grapes developed vibrant acidity, rich tropical notes and clear minerality.

The vines showed their resilience once again. This fresh, unoaked vintage will bring strong structure and bright aromatic intensity to the blend.
